The large beamed farmhouse style kitchen has solid oak kitchen units, tiled floor, a Corian top, a range style gas cooler with griddle plate, gas hobs, two ovens and a grill. There is dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, iron and ironng board, wide variety of cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes for six people.

The dual aspect room looks over the garden. The large wooden dining table can accommodate 6 people. A high chair is provided for younger guests.

Bedroom one is downstairs and has a king size bed, (all bedding provided), carpet, TV with Freeview, wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and en-suite shower.

Bedroom two is a large dual aspect room with king size bed (all bedding provided), carpet, hanging rail, drawers, bedside tables, dressing table and seperate full length mirror

Bedroom three is the twin bedroom with two single beds (bedding provided), carpet, TV for freeview, wardrobe, unit with lots of books, toys and games for younger visitors. Mirror.
