Family Holiday in Somerset with a Hot Tub

Some great local attractions for families include Sheppys cider farm with tours, orchard walk and café, Wivey Pool – an open air (heated) lido, with room for sunbathing, a picnic area and a playground, The Bear Trail where adventurous kids (and adults) can crawl through tunnels, climb over nets and get very muddy!

For inside fun there is Flip Out – the local trampoline park and The Wellesley Theatre, a wonderful Art deco style cinema with upper and lower-level seating, fresh popcorn and bar.

Further afield is there is Go Ape at Haldon Forest where big and little adventurers can whizz down zip wires and climb cargo nets high in the trees or Wimbleball Lake where you can go windsurfing, stand up paddleboarding and kayaking on the water, play on high ropes or build dens in the woods. There are nature trails and cycle tracks and a play area and of course a lake to walk around.
